Architectural Staircase

A studded rubber tile and gradus nosings were fitted to the threads of this open Architectural Staircase. Due to the fact that the trays were shallow, a high bond 3m tape was used. This ensured that visually there were no fixings showing.

Crayford Town Hall Doctors

The Old Crayford Town Hall converted into Doctor's surgeries for NHS Direct.The sub-floor was prepared using Latex screed and we fitted over 500 m2 of Altro Unity to Capping and Cove.

West London Office

Carpet tiles are predominately used in offices spaces for floor covering like this contract we undertook at an office in West London. The tiles are practical for when access is required to electrical and computer cables underneath raised modular floors. They can also be easily changed when something has been spilt or they have been damaged in some way. Air Conditioning was supplied via the floor panels allowing the ceiling to be open plan and without wires and tiles.

Screed sub floor work Deptford

The Sub-floor was prepared using both 6mm plywood and Latex screed in different areas. Luxury Vinyl tiles in a Wood effect were fitted.

Gymnasium Re-flooring London

Metro Flooring carried out a total re-flooring of a gymnasium in Euston, Central London.

These works had to be completed out of hours, and specialist equipment was required to move all of the apparatus due to their weight and size.

The project was completed to a high standard and on time, avoiding any disruption to the normal running of the business.

Ceremony Room Woolwich T Hall

The Royal Borough of Greenwich were looking for an alternative product to the existing Carpet.

A Luxury Vinyl tile was recommended ahead of Wood as the maintenance required is minimal and it is also financially a better option.

The original Floor coverings of Carpet & Linoleum were stripped away,back to the original Sub-floor and a Latex screed was applied.

Aesthetically,the finish is almost exactly the same as real wood but without the upkeep.
